Tera Probe headquarters and development center is located in Yokohama. We also have operation centers in Kyushu and Hiroshima, which are located near manufacturing sites for digital equipment and automobiles.
Hiroshima operation center focuses mainly on the testing of memory devices such as DRAM and flash memory, and Kyushu operation center focuses on non-memory products such as logic, SoC, sensors and analog devices.
We also established the consolidated subsidiary TeraPower Technology, Inc. in Taiwan where is very active in the testing business and also the center of semiconductor manufacturing. We utilize the technical abilities we have accumulated in Japan to focus primarily on wafer testing for memory and logic products. We are also pursuing business expansion in new sectors, such as image sensors , analog , and power. Thus, we are building a corporate structure that enables us to actively provide the highest quality test solutions to Japanese manufacturers who are expanding production overseas, as well as to the world's fabless companies.
