Handling of Personal Information
for Recruitment

We, Tera Probe, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Tera Probe”) will treat your personal information submitted to us for the application for employment (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information”) as follows:

  • 1.Collection of Personal Information and Compliance with Laws and Regulations

    (1)We will collect the personal information in a fair and appropriate manner, and will comply with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”) and other applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines therefor.

    (2)We will immediately discontinue the use of the Personal Information received from you in connection with the recruitment if you request to do so.

  • 2.Purpose of Use

    We will not use the Personal Information for any purpose other than the following purposes:

    1. to contact and inform you of our recruitment and employment process and the other related matters;
    2. to inform you of our seminars and events for recruiting;
    3. to send you information about our recruitment;
    4. to send you various questionnaires related to recruitment;
    5. to give you certain information about our recruitment, employment and or internship.
  • 3.Security Management

    We will separately set out, and comply with, the rules and regulations for handling of personal information to prevent the Personal Information from any leakage, loss, or damage and to take appropriate measures.

  • 4.Handling in case of outsourcing

    We will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over a third party in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act in case we outsource handling of the Personal Information to the third party.

  • 5.Disclosure to third parties

    We will not disclose or provide the Personal Information to any third party other than the following cases;

    1. With your consent;
    2. required by law or any other competent authority;
    3. for outsourcing; and,
    4. transferred in connection with the succession of business due to a merger, corporate divestiture, transfer of business, or any other event.
