New graduates

Message

Tera Probe was established in 2005 as a company specializing in the semiconductor testing business. In the beginning, we mainly engaged in wafer testing for DRAM, a typical semiconductor memory product, but gradually expanded the field of its services to logic semiconductor products such as MCU and SoC, and CMOS image sensor and various analog ICs.
It is often said to those who are joining to a company: “You had better continuously work with a spirit of challenge but without fear of failure.”
It is a matter of course. Please consider that there is no job that can be done without a spirit of challenge in the world.
Doing a job is so hard that we must continue challenging, and that it motivates us to do even more challenging work with the great sense of accomplishment we can feel when we have successfully performed.
Since our establishment in 2005, we have continuously hired a number of new graduates. As they have grown up and become key players in their respective workplaces, we would no longer do our business without them. Their growth must be the result of not only their own continuous efforts to take on new challenges, but also the environment created by their superiors and seniors in the workplace where they can proactively do so as well as the supports for them by our customers and suppliers.
Thus, I am sure we set the work environment where young employees can maximize their spirit of challenge.
If you are interested in working in the work environment like this, please feel free to come knocking on our door.
I look forward to working with you.
