  • What are the qualifications for application?

    Applicants for new graduate recruitment in 2024 must have graduated or completed or be expected to graduate from a 4-year university, graduate school, or technical college by the end of March 2024 without any permanent employment experience.
    For other graduates with employment experience, we are recruiting as a career recruiter.

  • Do you hire non-Japanese nationalities?

    We have no restrictions on nationality. Anyway, you must have the Japanese language skills to communicate smoothly with Japanese people regardless of position.

  • How do I apply?

    You can entry through the entry form on our website.
    Please note that we do not accept applications by mail or fax.

  • What is the application process?

    We will contact each applicants individually.
    For new graduates, please attend our company information session, which we hold at any time.

  • What kind of the training program the company will provide?

    We will provide the training program at each division and level.

  • Is there any possibility that I will have to be transferred to other locations?

    While we have offices in Yokohama and Kumamoto, it is not highly likely that you will be relocated to any other location due to the different roles of each divisions at which they are located. A part of the divisions may require relocation outside of our offices or long-term business trips, depending on customer requirements and the type of business with our customers.

  • Are dormitories available?

    For those who meet certain criteria, the company will provide rented housing as a dormitory.

  • Can I request the location and job type for work?

    We will set an interview session to hear from you your desire before joining the company and during the newcomer training program.

  • How is the division I belong to determined?

    After approximately one month of newcomer training program, we will determine it based on your major, aptitude, and wishes, as well as the composition of number of employee in each division. Therefore, in some cases, the decision may differ from your wishes.

  • Is there anything I should do before joining the company?

    We recommend that you try something you have never done before, which may cause you to become more responsive as a business person in various situations in the future.

  • Can I talk with employees during my hiring process?

    We provide an opportunity for you to communicate with senior employees during information sessions and during the application process.
