2005

October	・Started wafer testing on DRAM products.

2006

September	・Opened Kyushu Operation Center & Started final testing on logic products.
November	・Started wafer testing on logic products.

2007

January	・Acquired Quality Management System ISO9001 certification at the Kyushu Operation Center.
March	・Moved Headquarters and Development Center to Shin-Yokohama, Kohoku-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. ・Succeeded facilities and equipment, etc., related to wafer testing from Hiroshima Elpida Memory, Inc. through a demerger and business transfer.
December	・Acquired Environmental Management System ISO14001 certification. ・Acquired Information Security Management System ISO27001 certification.

2008

September	・Started wafer testing business at the TeraPower Technology Inc., a jointly owned subsidiary.

2010

December	・Listed on The Tokyo Stock Exchange’s “Mothers” Section.

March	・Acquired Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS)18001 certification.

2014

June	・Acquired Automotive Quality Management System ISO/TS16949 certification at the Headquarters and Development Center, and Kyushu Operation Center.

2015

September	・Agreed with AIZU FUJITSU SEMICONDUCTOR LIMITED to establish the joint venture company, AIZU FUJITSU SEMICONDUCTOR PROBE LIMITED(“ASFP”).
